Dr. Magnin is a native of the Pennsylvania, and a graduate of Lenape Regional High School in Medford, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate education at the West Virginia Institute of Technology earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology. He is a former Asst. Professor of Medicine at Marshall University School of Medicine.
