He serves as both the medical director for Virginia Care Partners, and as an assistant clinical professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Shah cares for patients of all ages and has a special interest in working with athletes and treating sports related injuries. Dr. Shah enjoys developing relationships with his patients that go beyond healthcare. As the founder and owner of VitalCare Family Practice, Dr. Shah focuses on preventative care for the whole family through all stages of life. Dr. Shah is committed to: providing continuity of care for his patients, multidisciplinary care coordination, and navigation through a fragmented health system.
