About

Caitlin Beaman joins VitalCare as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise from Virginia Tech, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Tennessee and her Master of Science degree in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Virginia. Caitlin is passionate about making connections with patients and playing a role in their health journey. She feels that family medicine gives her the opportunity to see a wide variety of patients and help them become the best version of themselves in all aspects of their lives physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a registered nurse, Caitlin has experience treating patients on both a medical and surgical unit as well as a trauma unit. She also had the privilege to work along side the kidney transplant team and to care for those patients. Outside of the office, Caitlin can be found enjoying college football and rooting for her favorite team, the Virginia Tech Hokies! She also loves spending time outdoors with her chocolate lab puppy. When she can get away, Caitlin enjoys being by the water, whether it’s on the lake or by the beach.
